<p><a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="https://github.com/gnif/LGMP">LGMP</a> is an <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="https://github.com/qemu/qemu/blob/master/docs/specs/ivshmem-spec.txt">Inter-VM Shared Memory Device (IVHSMEM)</a> based memory sharing protocol for the <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okMGtwfiXMo">KVM Frame Relay use-case</a> (sharing of MMIO memory for use by GPU drivers between host and guest).

<h2><span class="mw-headline" id="Xen_Support">Xen Support</span></h2>
<p>It may be possible to port the <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="https://github.com/gnif/LGMP">Looking Glass Memory Protocol</a> to Xen by substituting the use of the <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="https://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Grant_Table">Grant Table</a> memory sharing primitive in place of the <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="https://github.com/qemu/qemu/blob/master/docs/specs/ivshmem-spec.txt">IVSHMEM</a> memory sharing primitive.
