Each gains the minimal two-line header in the area's existing form: 'SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-3-Clause' plus 'Copyright (c) 2026 Open-IOV contributors'; shebang and coding lines stay first. No other content touched. kernel/** is deliberately out of scope (recorded as a follow-up in CODESTD-REPORT-2026-10-08.md): its SPDX coverage and MODULE_LICENSE normalization need their own GPL-2.0 pass. | ||

| Host oracle (real TU104, 570.211): FUN_0035a4d0(0x13,7,5) succeeds because the 3-entry remap table at 0x3dc5b80 maps (7,5)->(7,0); the guest has the same table. bpz7 breaks before/after the lookup and the FUN_00e21850 ucode load in FUN_005d7e70 to see which one fails in the guest. Also fix invd.py's lookup address (0x25a4d0, not 0x35a4d0). | |||
