vgsp-gr: sema_gl_attr_sph_drop (default 1) - drop the attr-prelude SET_PIPELINE(2) runs (method 0x2080; the guest's cold 0x20 word is refused EC4 by the FE on a windowless LOAD-ONLY carrier); exact mask (op in {1,3,5}, cnt!=0, (hdr&0xfff)<<2==0x2080), once-per-gen log + counter, 0=legacy; SPH-BIND log caps 16->64
