vgsp r803: util-sweep per-channel visibility - one-shot begin/skip/read=none lines for every channel + a 128-row per-pass cap, so a channel absent from the log can never be confused with a channel not in the table (the r802 copy-class channels 0xbeef0101/2 visibility gap)
