vgsp-gr: sema_gl_vp_prelude - synthesize the missing Turing viewport scale/offset (mode 1) plus optional pixel-centre/clip-control (2) and clip-rect (3) at the head of replayed 3D windows; the client push never writes the viewport family; default 0 = legacy bytes; r1459: FE accepts the words, draws still store nothing -> insertion position vs pipeline-group binding is the next variable
