STATE-CURRENT: refresh snapshot - r635 closes the host-side operand-resolution gap (content-tracked shadow anchors + launch-level content anchor + bounded cross synth + table guard; the draft's self-feeding mint caught and gated, green-boot table 6144/8192 -> 0 minted), r636 fresh-boot battery best-equal 9 OK / 2 clean FAIL / 1 HANG with streams_events hang->clean CUDA_ERROR and the streams2 red chain measured (H2D dsts replay-denied -> GR forward deferred on the CE stream-order watermark -> degenerate refusal -> SYNTH-FAULT); remaining: streams2 CE-order chain, first-wait crawls, used-boot allocation exhaustion, then 15/15 + soak
