vgsp: m112 - mail window VA is absolute 0x1f0000 (slot 0x1f0 of the main window)
m111's mret=-34: mva was BASE+0x1f0000 = 0x200000, outside the 2 MB main
window. Use the absolute VA 0x1f0000.
