vgsp: m168 boot-scoped verified pool-page cache (survives the session flush; every use read-back proven; pins stay first priority with conflict logging) - r170 clients 4-6 starved minutes on the pool/waiter page after the flush wiped the only translation

+ * to the shared GPU object; clients of the same boot reuse the pages while
+ * their per-process vaspaces come and go. The session flush wipes
+ * svc_pool_pa deliberately (a VA may name a new allocation for the next
+ * client), but wiping the POOL page forces every new client through the
+ * slow resolver: r170's clients 4-6 starved 2+ minutes on

+ * fails the proof and is dropped. A fresh injected pin always overwrites
