vgsp-gr: sema_gl_pair_orphan_drop (default 1) - drop orphan END runs (method 0x1614) when the pair model is closed and restore pair_open/open_split from the launch-entry snapshot when a window is dropped/held, so dropped windows are pair-state no-ops; fixes the EC0x0d 0x1614/0x2098 poison that follows a held/dropped BEGIN
