vgsp-sema: fall back to the displaced injected pair for push reads (ISSUE-0002)

The conflicting-injection race handled for pool releases also poisons push
pages: when the later store wins the pin table, the pump reads a page the
client never wrote, the push fails the method-stream plausibility check and
its releases never decode. When the primary read is implausible (or
unreadable through every source), try the recorded displaced translation
once before the rescue/hold paths; content plausibility stays the arbiter.
