r431b revert the coherent-PTE default: the clean-boot A/B showed aperture 2 (SYSTEM_COHERENT) is worse on this platform (the first client of the boot wedged with 0/983 and the wedge persisted across the sweep), so the historical NON_COHERENT aperture stays the default; gsp_phys_rmcall_pte_coh=1 remains for experiments (it did make the engine's partial 1-page writes visible sooner)
