sema: r377 pin-demand for unresolved launch operand pages - every dropped data-fill page is logged as a stalled VA (the userspace pin stream watches dmesg for that line and pushes the VA to the in-guest scanner's demand file), so the bounded launch hold can resume on real pins instead of waiting out its bound (the r345 wedge)
