Subject: rename (cosmetic): green-eye -> risc-v-gsp-rm-debugger in user-facing
 names, docs, CLI, launcher and CI workflow; internal greeneye package/module
 identifiers unchanged (includes in-flight greeneye module edits present in
 the tree)
